I finally decided to jailbreak my iPod Touch 2G this morning. It is because it has been 2 years since I bought this iPod and the warranty is already expired. iPhoneHeat has a lot of instructions and information on how to jailbreak the different generations of iPhone and iPod Touch and the website really helped me a lot.
I was excited to jailbreak my iPod when I got home this morning. At first, I was hesitant to do this because I'm afraid that I might break it during the process of jailbreaking. On my first attempt, I just followed the instructions here.
The tool that I've used is GreenPois0n. I downloaded it and then followed the instructions on the website. I followed the steps wherein I should activate the DFU mode of the device. I don't know exactly what that is, so I just followed the instructions on the window of GreenPois0n.
After the jailbreaking process, my iPod will not turn on! What's going on?! I was really nervous about it and searched some information about it on Google. I was able to find a video on YouTube wherein you'll just have to plug-in the iPod that won't turn on to your computer or laptop and then open iTunes. Luckily, iTunes was able to detect my iPod then I have restored it using iTunes and it worked like a charm.
I attempted to jailbreak my iPod again. This time I was able to follow the instructions properly so the result was great! Thank God I was able to do the instructions properly! I can now download different apps to my iPod Touch 2G for free!
I was watching an episode of The Amazing Race Asia season 4 last Monday, October 18, 2010 when I tried to check updates from my Twitter page. Soshified said that a teaser of Girls' Generation's 3rd Mini Album called Hoot is already being showcased on their website. I was so excited about it and rushed right away into their site. For me, the new concept kinda reminded me of Austin Powers and Charlie's Angels. I can't wait for their new single and also their new MV! I'm also looking forward to their live performances! Mark the date! It's October 27, 2010! Girls' Generation's Hoot album will be out!

Yes. Today, October 14 is my birthday. I was born on October 14, 1985. Just wanted to greet myself. I'm now 25 years old. I'm getting old now! Hahahaha! I want to thank everyone who greeted me on my birthday! You know who you are. I also want to take my family and friends for the times that we've shared for the past 25 years!
Lastly I want to take God for the blessings that He have given me. I know that everything happens for a reason and He's always there to help me when I'm in need. Thank you very much! What I wish for my birthday is good health not only for me but also for my family and also more blessings to come.
It's time to unwind again! Me and my officemates Jamie, Joan, Hernan, Michelle, Joey and Jack decided to go to Splash Mountain last October 02, 2010 to October 03, 2010. I think it's my third time in the resort. It's really fun to swim in the hot spring at night! We've talked about ghost stories while we're on the pool!
Highschool Of The Dead is also known as H.O.T.D. I first saw this Anime at Anime Season. It's just a random pick and I'm lucky because it is about zombies. I really like to watch zombie movies like Resident Evil and this Anime rocks because of that.
Highschool of the Dead is set in the present day, beginning as the world is struck by a deadly pandemic that turns humans into zombies, euphemistically referred to by the main characters as "them". The story follows Takashi Komuro, a Japanese student at Fujimi High School who survived the initial outbreak along with several of his classmates and the school nurse, and occasionally jumps to the perspective of other characters.
The plot is initially concerned with survival and escape from the titular high school and zombies, but as the series proceeds it introduces the additional threats of societal collapse, in the form of dangerous fellow survivors and the possible decay of the characters' own moral codes.
I like the drawing and also the story. One thing I don't like about is the Ecchi parts in the Anime. Ecchi is derived from a Japanese word meaning "erotic", "lewd", "sexy", or "lascivious" when used as an adjective, or sexual intercourse when used as a noun. It's annoying to watch an Anime with bouncing boobs and sexy scenes.
I can't believe that the first season of this Anime is already finished with only 12 episodes! I've been waiting for episode 13 for almost 2 weeks now and got disappointed because there's no episode 13! Even though I'm disappointed with the 12 episodes only Anime, I'll still rate this 5 out of 5!
Girls' Generation recently debuted in Japan with their first Japanese single Genie. They are now called Shoujo Jidai in Japan! I'm really excited about their debut and I'm looking forward to more music videos from them. Here's there PV (Promotional Video) for Genie! Enjoy!
I've watched this movie today along with my office friends, Joan, Jamie, Fred and Joey. I actually want to watch Despicable Me last week but because I knew that this will be released on September 10, 2010, I decided to watch this movie instead.
I actually thought that the third movie of the Resident Evil series (Resident Evil: Extinction) was the last installment but I was wrong. I was surprised that there is actually a fourth one. I didn't expect this because I've searched about this sometime ago and they said that it's possible to have a fourth movie but it's not yet confirmed.
I was actually surprised that it was released here in the Philippines last September 10, 2010 because I didn't get to watched any trailer about it. This made me excited because Resident Evil was one of my favorite movie since the concept is about zombie survival and it's also my favorite game in the Playstation console.
When I first heard about this, I've tried to searched about this movie online. It is said that most of the characters from the game will be casted like Claire Redfield, Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine.
We decided to watch this in 3D and I was not disappointed in the movie. This was the first live action movie I've watched in 3D and it was great. The effects are superb. The stunts are interesting to watch. There were scenes that was based on some scenes on the Resident Evil game.
Claire Redfield, played by Ali Larter is so pretty. I like the scene where she fight the Nemesis look alike zombie. It was awesome. Milla Jovovich also did a great job in portraying Alice. I like the slow motion of the fighting scenes!
All in all the movie was really great. Php 250 is worth it! One thing I don't like here is that I've waited for Jill Valentine to appear in the entire movie. She actually appeared in the last part and I didn't recognize her as well. She is now being controlled by Umbrella Corporation and is now heading to Arcadia to kill Alice and the other survivors. She's a villain now, but it's OK because there will be a fifth installment and I'm looking forward to watching it!
Last week, Tuesday to be exact, my brother Carlo has been infected. Infected with Sore Eyes. I'm bothered about it because we share the same room. Tuesday and Wednesday was my rest day so this means that I have to be at home.
Last Wednesday, my borther Oliver has been infected by it. I went out with my office friends to watch a movie (Cats & Dogs) at SM Megamall. I didn't have any signs or symptoms about having sore eyes. But last Thursday, when I woke up I feel that my right eye is itchy and it has a little bit of eye booger or morning star, another term for muta. Hahahaha! I'm a bit nervous about it because I want to go to work. I also have an exam to take. Since my eyes does not have any signs of redness, I decided to go to work.
I've wear my contact lens and went to our new office in Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas. When I arrived at the office, I wasn't comfortable with my right eye. It is itchy and it hurts a little bit. That is when the redness started to infect my right eye. I failed the exam, maybe because I wasn't that comfortable because of eyes and I didn't actually study.
I decided to take off my contact lens because I think that the contact lens might be causing the itchiness of my right eye. When I took it off my right eye is slowly becoming red. At first I didn't told my officemates about it but when I came back from lunch, I decided to go home. I called my Team Leader and asked for permission to go home.
After that, my mother, father and then my youngest brother Dave has been infected. There was an outbreak in the family! It's like were zombies that everyone near us might get infected. Hahahahaha!
I was on sick leave until today. Good thing that it is my rest day tomorrow and on Tuesday because of the transition. This means that I might come to work on Wednesday. I'm OK now because I take the medicines that my brother is taking and these are quite effective. I decided not to go to the doctor since my brother already went their and was given a prescription about the medicines that he should take.
Here's what I'm taking right now: 2 drops of Tobradex for every 4 hours and 2 capsules of Klindex, one in the morning and when I go to sleep. These medicines help me fight sore eyes for only 4 days. I didn't have a lot of eye booger when I wake up in the morning, plus it also takes away the itchiness of the eyes. I think I'm gonna be taking these until Tuesday to make sure that my eyes will be better when I go to work this week.
I watched this movie last Wednesday at SM Megamall along with my officemates Jamie and Joey. We decided to watch this over The Expendables.

For me the movie is just a typical movie for kids wherein animals are talking with their mouth. The story is good and the visual effects are not that bad. There are scenes where you can see the cuteness of some of the cast. There are also funny scenes like when Kitty Galore is holding her pet which is a mouse.
I rate this 2 out of 5 stars. It's a good decision that we didn't watch it on 3D because you can enjoy the movie even if its not in 3D. There's nothing really interesting about the movie but there's nothing bad about it.
Trend Micro has moved it's headquarters from IBM Plaza, Eastwood to Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas and today was my last day here in the 23rd floor of IBM Plaza. I will really miss Eastwood.
This place is really far from my home. I have to ride a jeep from our house to go to MRT Taft Station and then walk from MRT Cubao station to the jeepney station infront of Mercury Drug. Then ride a jeep that will go to Rosario and stop over at Citibank. I can't believe that I've been doing this for almost 3 years already!
I had a great time here in IBM Plaza, Eastwood. I will miss the Eastwood Mall where me and my office mates go and watched different movies and hangout sometimes. The different restaurants where me and my office mates spend our food trip, Jollibee, McDonalds, Stackers, Fazolis and others.
Now that Trend Micro is now in Ortigas it will really benefit me since it is much more nearer now. I'm really excited with our new office. The new cubicles and the different facilities in Rockwell Business Center!
I'm so happy that I was able to have a vacation for one week. It's on Lamtoc, Siaton, Negros Oriental. I was with my parents and relatives. I will really miss the farm life. Here are some of the pictures that were taken using my Panasonic Lumix LX3.
Yehey! It's time to go on vacation again. Time to unwind and be with my family and relatives. I will be going back to my mother's hometown along with my cousins and I'm so excited about it! I'm excited to swim in the river and go to Balanan Lake! Farm life here I come!

The initial plan was to go to Enchanted Kingdom but it's close during weekdays so we decided to go to Manila Ocean Park instead. After that we went to SM Mall Of Asia to eat and then play bowling at Bowling Station. It's sad that Osh, our cousin was not able to join us. Again, the photos are taken using my Panasonic Lumix LX3 that I still need to learn how to use. Wahahaha!

I can't believe how much a kilo of salt is right now! It's Php 401.00 per kilo! Just joking. Today is my rest day and again my friends and I decided to watch another movie. The movie is Salt, starring Angelina Jolie. We watched it at Eastwood Mall and it was my first time to watch it in Ultra 7. This is the most expensive movie I paid for since it's Php 401.00. You'll enjoy watching the movie because you get to sit on Lazy Boy Chair and eat unlimited popcorn and drinks.
We chose Salt over The Last Air Bender since some of my friends told me that the movie is not that good. Another is that I haven't watched the animated series so it's ok for me not to watch it.
The movie is really good for me. Angelina Jolie did a great job in portraying Evelyn Salt. Salt is a CIA officer that has been accused of being a Russian spy. At first I think it was a setup but as the movie goes by, she is really a Russian spy. Her husband was killed by her master because the death of her husband indicates that she is still with their plan. This caused Salt to let go of their plan and kill all the Russian spies. Saving the relationship of USA and Russia.
I last saw Angelina Jolie in the movie Tomb Raider and I think that she's good in doing action movies. I gave this movie 4 out of 5 stars. The movie is great, the action scenes are awesome but the last part of the movie will leave you hanging. A part 2 would be great.

It's Wednesday again. Me and my officemates scheduled this day to be our gimik day since we are on rest day. We go to the mall, watch a movie and eat at a good restaurant.
We have decided to watch Inception. I'm not really in to this movie because I've never seen it's trailer. I've just heard that the movie was good based on the comments that my Facebook friends posted on their profile.
I think I've last seen Leonardo DiCaprio in Titanic and he changed a lot in this movie. He's more mature now. I didn't know that Ellen Page is one of the lead stars in this movie. I love her in X-Men: The Last Stand where she played Kitty Pryde.
For me the movie was great. I must say that I was really bored at the first part of the movie because I can't understand what is happening. But as the movie goes by, I realized that it seems to be interesting to watch.
The story of the movie is quite interesting because the actors can go inside a person's dream. Yeah! That's true. They sleep and then they all meetup on their dreams at the same time. The graphics and animation also did a pretty good job in adding interesting scenes in the movie.
I rate it 5 out of 5 stars even though I'm still confused about the ending. Whether Cobb is still inside his dream or he's back to reality. You have to watch this movie if you're interested in what I'm talking about.
I miss MYMP. I miss the voice of Juris and Chin's playing of guitar. I still love their tandem. It was sad that Juris had to go solo. But I still love their songs. Here are the songs from their fifth album entitled Now.
